Many people in these areas suffer due to lack of awareness, high costs, and limited healthcare services. Cataracts, if untreated, lead to severe visual impairment, drastically affecting quality of life.

Jamia, through its Noor Hospital in Jalna District, Maharashtra, has been a beacon of hope for thousands. In 2023 alone, Jamia helped over 6,000 patients regain their vision through cataract surgeries and provided free or subsidized healthcare services to over 452,655 patients across India. With a team of qualified medical professionals and a history of successful projects, Jamia is committed to expanding its Cataract Blindness Control Program.
